We've been fortunate enough to work with Marissa on a couple different projects in our house. Her sense of taste and knowledge of products is fantastic.  We wouldn't work with anyone else, even if they cost less.

We used the House of Flooring for our basement remodel, we needed sheet linoleum and carpet for our project.

The staff was very helpful with design, color,and material selections based on our needs. All of the installers were on time, they were respectful, courteous , and cleaned up after they were done. The work and all materials was done as we requested and was of excellent quality.

Absolutely loved working with the House of Flooring.  We had them do a tile backsplash in our kitchen.  And it looks incredible.  They came to our house and offered some really great ideas on what tile & design we could use.  They got the measurements needed and offered us a quote that was very reasonable.  We scheduled the installer and he did a fantastic job.  He was quick, efficient and didn't damage our granite counter tops or wood floors.  We will use them again and highly recommend the House of Flooring!

House of Flooring has completed several projects in our home over the past few years. We have had backsplashes, LVP and carpet installed. Each time the sales personnel have been outstanding and installation was done on time by professional installers. The process has been seamless as the sales personal kept our budget and our needs in mind when recommending products. Suggestions were made to enhance the appearance of our home and help us to "step out of our comfort zone" to get a high end look we may not have done on our own. Marissa guided the choice of carpets and tiles, made sure the installation process went smoothly, and delivered the final bill several hundred dollars below the estimate. The quality of the materials and installation is evident. I would recommend HOF again in a heartbeat.

Purchased 400 sq foot of Shaw LVT from here and was I impressed! The customer service with Marcia was excellent the product was backordered but she kept us up to date on arrival and that was fantastic! Now when we’re going to spend that much we’re going to shop around and we did come to find out House of Flooring was a bit cheaper than those box stores! With better customer service,a ton more knowledge and better selection. If your looking for flooring do yourself a favor give the local business a shot, I’m pretty sure you won’t be disappointed!

We're so happy we decided on House of Flooring to redo our hard flooring that ran throughout our home. They helped us decide on what type of flooring was best for our home since we have 3 active young boys who run around all over the place. The installers that came were very entertaining and friendly to my kids as they watched intently on how they installed everything. They did a wonderful job and took their time to make sure everything lined up perfectly. It's been a few months since they installed our flooring and we are still in love with this floor. When we want to install new carpeting, we will definitely be looking into the House of Flooring again!

I'm very happy with the House of Flooring! They had quality product in inventory and were able to schedule installation very quickly as we had an icky water damage situation in a child's room. The installers were very professional and did a great job, and when they measured, they were happy to measure other spaces to keep on file for later jobs without a second visit. They were efficient and reasonably priced for the high quality received. I would definitely recommend them.

A great experience! Options were explained, accurately quoted, and price was better than we expected. We especially liked the itemized quote, which allowed us to "line item veto" any of the items that we were able to do ourselves (in this case, re-installing baseboards). Everybody involved was helpful, on-time, and went above and beyond. And they fixed all the squeaks in the floor!! If you check them out, ask for Lorri.

We recently received installation of tile flooring purchased from your store in the kitchen and utility room of our home.  Although we seldom do this, I just felt compelled to write and compliment you on your selection of professional installers.  Jack and Brian were completely professional and they did a fantastic job for us.  Going above and beyond, they answered all of our questions with great patience and creatively handled the different dilemmas that working in our older house presented.  They were courteous and neat in appearance (which is sadly not always the case with contractors), they showed up when they said they would, and, unlike many contractors, they left our home impeccably clean at the end of each day.  We have unfortunately had contractors in the past who I would not have trusted to leave alone in a room let alone in my house, but I trusted thes guys implicitly.  I wish they were the same people who were going to install our carpeting too, but if you select your carpet people as well as your tile people, we have no fears.

Please thank these gentlmen for us once again.  I could not recommend them highly enough.  These are exactly the kind of people I would want associated with my business.  I am sure you do not need us to tell you how fortunate you are to have them.  Their superior work will keep us coming back to the House of Flooring for all of our residential and commercial flooring needs.
